    I feel like if we give the hurricanes ghetto names people will be more inclined to get away from them. Hurricane Irene sounds friendly. Hurricane Dijonae sounds like it could rip your weave out if you look at it the wrong way.

Taken a few hours after it was done.  Tattoo means “infinite life.”  I don’t believe in anything of a higher power or in an afterlife but i do believe you have the power to touch peoples’ lives.  What you impact them with has the opportunity to live on forever.  Done by Tattoo Dave at Skin Konviction in Queens, New York.

This is my third tattoo and definitely the most meaningful. It’s a quote from one of my favorite books, The Perks of Being a Wallflower. When I read this book, I related to the main character, Charlie, so much that it helped me understand and overcome some complicated experiences in my life. I chose this particular quote because of its optimism and to remind me that I can get through anything, no matter how high the obstacle.
